Walking is okay, Emma so long as you are on the move and keeping fit.
I ran a 100k ultra and probably more than a third of the time, I was down to a walking pace.
To those who doesn’t even dare, you’ll look silly. But to those who are out there pushing themselves and getting out of their comfort zones, you’ll be an inspiration.
I’m inspired by you for doing it despite everything.
