I agree. We have stigmatized some emotions and made holy some other emotions and that’s a dangerous and unhealthy thing.

That forces people to show they are strong even when they are a wreck just so you can have something less to worry about.

We must be willing to let our loved ones or friends or colleagues be our burdens as well so that through such a mutual support system, we lift each other up and suffer a little less.
